Mike has been helping clients since 2005 to increase cash flow by accelerating depreciation and deferring federal and state income taxes through Cost Segregation analyses.  He has experience conducting Cost Segregation studies on a large variety of properties ranging from but not limited to Casinos, Professional Sports Stadiums, Entertainment Venues, Hospitals, Light and Heavy Manufacturing, Resorts, Restaurants, Retail Centers, Offices and Residential Short and Long Term properties.

Mike lives in Michigan and enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, traveling, fishing, golfing and watching sports.
